How is my order shipped?

All orders will be shipped with USPS from the United States. Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email including your tracking information. The email will be issued once your items are packed and ready to be shipped out. If you didn't receive your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@pinkclarity.com

RETURN POLICY 

What is your return policy?

Pink Clarity offers store credit or an even exchange as long as it is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging and condition. 

How does Pink Clarity store credit work?

The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product in the original packaging to obtain store credit. Pink Clarity does not reimburse customers for the shipping cost associated with exchanges. Once we receive and overlook the return, we will issue a store credit or process the even exchange.

How do I return an item?

If you've met the above requirements, you may email info@pinkclarity.com to complete an exchange request. Please ensure the order number is included in the email.

How long will my return take to process?

We will process all exchanges as soon as they arrive at our Headquarters. Please wait for an email confirming your store credit code details.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Pink Clarity inspects all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare case of your jewelry arriving damaged, please email info@pinkclarity.com within 72 hours of order delivery, including order number and photos of the damaged items. All damages and exchanges will determined according to each case.
