JEWELRY SIZING:

Anklet Lengths: 8", 9", 10"

The standard anklet size is 9" 

Ring sizes: 6, 7, 8

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Gold filled is composed of a solid thick layer of gold bonded to a base metal. It is also tarnish free and hypoallergenic! Additionally, storing items in original packaging can help with the longevity of your item. 

DO WE OFFER REPAIRS? 

We do offer repairs for items that have been purchased within 14 days, however we do not cover the shipping cost. Please email at  info@pinkclarity.com and let us know that you are sending your item back, include your name and order number in the email and the package. You must send back the item in its original packaging to this address (80 N Cabrillo HWY Q142, Half Moon Bay, CA ). After 14 days there will be a repair fee you can access on the website. 

SHIPPING:

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Pink Clarity isn’t responsible for any lost or damaged items.
  • Please make sure your address is correct and updated. We are not responsible for mistakes on addresses.
  • If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
  • If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. PST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
  • We do not cover shipping cost for exchanges or repairs.
  •  

    RETURN POLICY:

  • No returns, we will accept exchanges up to 14 days after receiving your item as long as  the item is sent back in its original condition (unworn) & packaging. We do not cover shipping fees on exchanges. 
  • In order to do an exchange you will send us an email at Info@pinkclarity.com and let us know that you are sending your item back, please include your name and order number in the email and the package. Once we receive the item, we will give you store credit through your email so you can purchase another item.  
  • Once an order is placed we do not cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. 
  • Please make sure you are checking the product description and selecting correct sizes and items. If any mistakes are made please contact us ASAP. We will try to assist as best as possible.
