What is water-resistant jewelry?

Water-resistant jewelry allows you to wear your jewelry without taking it off during the day. You can shower, work out, and wash your hand in our stainless steel jewelry. Even though these items are water-resistant, we recommend not excessively wearing your jewelry in water.

18k Vacuum Plated Stainless Steel

Our stainless steel jewelry is made from high-grade surgical steel that is covered with a protective coating. Stainless steel is an excellent option if you are looking for tarnish-resistant, long-lasting, and low-maintenance jewelry. The material is durable and water-resistant, allowing you to live freely in your jewelry.

HOW TO CARE FOR STAINLESS STEEL JEWELRY:

Clean jewelry with soft soap and warm water. 

Dry jewelry thoroughly after wearing it in water, and clean it with a polishing cloth. 

Avoid using abrasive products and chemicals.

Apply perfumes and lotions before wearing your jewelry; avoid using products directly on the jewelry. 

Store your jewelry in a dry area and avoid storing it in humid or moist areas.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped with USPS from the United States and will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email including your tracking information. The email will be issued once your items are packed and ready to be shipped out. If you didn't receive your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@pinkclarity.com

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 7-days of delivery, and unworn in their original packing. Pink Clarity reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that are sent back in poor condition. Please note that Pink Clarity does not reimburse customers for the shipping cost associated with returns and exchanges. Lastly, we do not accept returns on sale or discounted items as they are ineligible for returns.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you've met the above requirements, you may email info@pinkclarity.com to complete a return or exchange request. Please ensure the order number is included in the email.

Once we receive and overlook the return/exchange, we will process the return.

How long will my return or exchange take to process?

We will process all exchanges as soon as they arrive at our headquarters. Please wait for an email confirming your store credit code details.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Pink Clarity inspects all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare case of your jewelry arriving damaged, please email info@pinkclarity.com within 72 hours of order delivery, including the order number and photos of the damaged items. All damages and exchanges will be determined according to each case.
